What is the minimum quantity for orders?
Our minimum quantity is 100 pieces per product. The larger your order, the lower the cost per piece.
Can any color be printed on the products?
Yes! We personalize products with digital printing, so any color can be printed.
How long does it take to print?
Production time is 5-7 business days.
How long is delivery?
Standard delivery is 2-5 days for ground shipping, depending on destination.
Do you offer an expedited option?
Yes, we offer a rush service and expedited or overnight shipping at an additional cost.
Please note: Rush service is based on availability. Please email sales@malfiprint.com with subject line ‘Rush order’ and we will confirm ASAP if we can accommodate your request. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be received and processed the next business day.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the U.S. (besides Alaska and Hawaii).
I am a promotional distributor. Can I get wholesale pricing?
Sure, just fill out a simple wholesale account application. Once your account is approved, you can place orders at wholesale prices.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns as all products are customized. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it ASAP.

Every effort is made to verify and maintain the accuracy of information contained within our website ad catalogs, however Malfiprint reserves the right to change this information without notice and cannot be held liable for these changes.
Order Acknowledgments
Order acknowledgements are sent for all orders within 1 business day of the order being entered to the email address on file for the account. It is the dealers' responsibility to check for any discrepancies as the order would be printed and filled accordingly. Please verify the product pricing, quantities, and shipping information on this acknowledgment and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
Production Time
Our production time typically runs 5-10 business days in house depending upon the quantity ordered, availability of stock, product type and time of year. Production time does not begin until we have received a completed order form, any custom artwork and/or proof approval if requested for the order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time does not include shipping time.
Malfiprint will not be responsible for variations in napkin sizes, folds, and/or borders as these vary occasionally in the production process with the manufacturer. These variations are not considered a defect.
